Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your New Seazons experience. If something isn’t right, the following policy applies:

Gifts & Physical Products

  • Returns Period: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Consultation Services

  • Cancellations: Consultation bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late Policy: Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Processing Your Refund

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
