We want you to love your New Seazons experience. If something isn’t right, the following policy applies.
Gifts & Physical Products
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Consultation Services
Consultation bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process my refund (if eligible)?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
